If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order.


Returns

  • Eligible Returns: Unopened, undamaged coffee products may be eligible for return.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Please note: We cannot accept returns on opened coffee products due to the nature of our product.
